Who This Covers
This policy covers tgdesigns.ca, operated by Sead Tokalic / TG Designs, based in Calgary, Alberta, Canada. If you have questions about anything here, reach out at info@tgdesigns.ca.
Information You Provide
When you fill out a form on this site — the contact form, the quote request, or the Quick-Start signup — I collect what you enter: your name, email, phone number, and any project details you share (business name, services, domain preferences, and similar). This information is sent directly to my email inbox and used only to respond to you and, if you choose to proceed, to deliver the work you've asked for. It isn't sold, rented, or shared with anyone outside of what's described in this policy.
Payment Information
If you sign up for the Quick-Start Website Package, payment is handled entirely through Stripe, a third-party payment processor. Your card details are entered directly into Stripe's secure checkout and never pass through or get stored on this website or by me. I receive your name, email, and the transaction details needed to fulfill your order — never your full card number. See Stripe's own privacy policy for how they handle payment data.
Cookies & Analytics
This site uses Google Analytics to understand how visitors use it (which pages are popular, roughly how people found the site, and similar general trends) and HubSpot's live chat widget, which may use cookies to remember an ongoing conversation. Neither is used to identify you personally beyond what you choose to share in a chat message. You can block or clear cookies anytime through your browser settings without affecting your ability to browse the site.
How Information Is Used
Information you share is used to respond to your inquiry, provide a quote, deliver a project, process payment for the Quick-Start package, and — only if you've asked — follow up about future work. I don't use your information for anything beyond what you'd reasonably expect from getting in touch with a Calgary web and graphic design business.
How Information Is Protected
Form submissions are sent over an encrypted (HTTPS) connection. Payment information is handled entirely by Stripe, a PCI-compliant payment processor — it never touches this site's server. Reasonable care is taken to keep any information I do hold (like emails from inquiries) secure, but no method of transmission or storage is 100% guaranteed, and I can't promise absolute security any more than any small business realistically can.
Your Rights
You can ask, at any time, what information I have connected to you, request that it be corrected, or ask that it be deleted — just email info@tgdesigns.ca. If you're an active Quick-Start client, some information needs to be retained for as long as your account is active in order to keep your site, hosting, and billing running.
Children's Privacy
This site and its services are intended for business owners and organizations, not children. I don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.
Changes to This Policy
If this policy changes, the update will be posted here with a new "last updated" date at the top. Significant changes affecting active Quick-Start clients will be communicated directly.
