Sead Tokalic

Graphic and Web Designer

I focus my design practice on small businesses and nonprofit organizations, producing logos, business cards, posters, websites, and advertisements for print and digital media.

I always knew I would work in the visual arts. Growing up, I drew nonstop, creating abstract designs and big, dynamic letterforms. In the nineties, I saw growing opportunities in the digital arts. After obtaining a diploma in Graphic Design and Digital Multimedia from Applied Multimedia Training Centre, I started my career as a freelance graphic artist and web designer.

My recipe for success is simple. First, I prepare thoroughly, researching your industry and sketching many design alternatives before I present a design. Second, I execute the design just as thoroughly. Whether it’s a website or printed media, there’s a solution that’s perfect for you. Finding that solution is what I love to do. I live in Calgary, Alberta, with my wife and two children. When I’m not designing, I like soccer, swimming, hiking, and baking.
